About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead, develop, and grow our sales team. This role is responsible for setting sales strategies, coaching representatives, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can motivate teams, track performance, and consistently exceed sales goals.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives
Set clear sales targets and monitor individual and team performance
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes
Coach team members through regular feedback, training, and ride-alongs
Analyze sales data, forecasts, and performance metrics
Ensure compliance with company policies and sales standards
Collaborate with marketing and operations to improve conversion rates
Maintain a strong presence in the field to lead by example
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales leadership or sales management
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills
Ability to analyze data and manage performance metrics
Experience managing commission-based or performance-driven teams
Organized, accountable, and results-oriented
Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally as needed
Proficient with CRM systems and basic reporting tools
Must be at least 18 years of age
Authorized to work in the United States
