About the Role
We are seeking motivated and outgoing Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will engage directly with homeowners to introduce and promote our products and services. No prior sales experience is required. We provide paid training, proven sales tools, and ongoing support to help you succeed.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Canvass assigned neighborhoods and engage homeowners in a professional manner
Educate customers on available products and services
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Schedule installations or appointments as needed
Accurately document customer interactions using provided tools
Meet or exceed daily activity goals and weekly sales targets
Represent the company brand with professionalism and integrity
Qualifications
No sales experience required; training provided
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Reliable transportation and smartphone preferred
Must be at least 18 years of age
Authorized to work in the United States
